This country is always trying to get their way before they starte negotiating with certain country, such as Iran. Why would any one set and negtiate if they have to do what America want them to do before the start of the negotiation. This country think they should beable to dictate to the rest of the whorld, that is one of the problems that they have . To them might is right, so being the only superpower in the whorld today they want to dictate to the hold whorld.
