Democrats in Maryland are banking on their voters in Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, and Baltimore City not caring enough to vote them out. Michael Bush and Mike Miller have acted in a most arrogant and in some ways unconstitutional manner during the fours years of the Erlich Administration. The voters in the above areas did not care that Bush and Miller changed the Veto rules to take power away from the then Repbulican Governor. The facts are, Bush and Miller exert more power in Maryland than the Governor. The Governor is really expendiable to the party. In Maryland, like in any communist counrty, is about the party. I doubt there will be any drastic changes as a result of MOM's administration. The Socialist (Democrats) own the three major metro areas, hence the power.
