Secrets Case Eyes Jurors' Religion

Submitted by Dorothy Wachsstock, Dec 4, 2007 13:22

There comes a time when judges and prosecutors have to depend on the integrity of the people or end the Justice system completely.

If all Americans are eligible for jury duty, at every trial, one cannot pick and choose which trial will be the one that Jews, Catholics or Muslims will not be allowed to be jurors.

Look what happened to White jurors because they voted Rodney King was guilty. Look what happened when O.J. Simpson was found innocent!

If these two Jewish men are found guilty, will the Jews riot because there are no Jews on the jury and the Judge decides to eliminate all Jews? Will that give right to appeal if all Jews are dismissed from being jurors?

Somebody better make this right for all people or this Justice system is in a lot of trouble. Already we have Muslim Immans able to sue the airlines because they deliberately acted like terrorists and rightly put off, just like anybody else would be. During their trial against the airlines, will all Muslims be exempt from being on the jury?
