Your resentment of the councilman from Queens does not negate the sad observationsand photos of f the horses' decrepit housing and overworked conditions. Since you said nothing to deny the horses being overworked during the obviously proven busy holiday time and not given rest breaks, the facts still exist. They are still not given time for going to pasture, and see nothing but cement! Even a non-NewYorker can see they are being expoited until they drop. . . or are killed.
