NY has a bad habit of electing part-time employees for a full-time job. Many aren't aware that when they elect a representative it's not 24/7 365. This should come as no suprise to readers of this paper, but folks like Shelly Silver and Joe Bruno receive more income from outside activities than from doing the people's business. Can anyone say "Conflict of Interest?" I knew you could.
