However, let's be clear that the problems have been and are being caused by the leaders who have exploited the refugee situation for almost 60 years, not the refugees themselves. No one should ever expect these "representatives" (who include Osama!) from whatever country to want the situation to change; for if it did, they'd be powerless. The way to address the situation, then, in my opinion, is for us Jews to march into all the refugee countries to liberate the refugees by providing them with opportunities to organize themselves (pretty much the way survivors of the Holocaust got help to form their kibbutzim) and get the hell out of there -- anywhere, where they can prosper, except, I suppose, Israel, although I'd have no objection to it.
