If the United States truly wants to democratize the Middle East it needs to have a more pragmatic approach, it can accomplish this by understanding Arab deeply rooted culture, traditions, and religion/Islamic values. Democracy cannot be given or imposed because it is something that must be taken, if it is to have value.
