This guy has hoodwinked the voting blocks of Majority (Minority) communities. Baltimore City and the Suburbs of D.C. are his power base. The rest of the state is fairly disenfranchised.

He exemplifies the worst in democratic politicking, he "pledged" to take on Baltimore Gas and Electrics 70+% rate hikes........people BELIEVEd hime. (BELIEVE was a Baltimore Slogan as well as GET IN ON IT).

The Geneal Assembly Session in our one party state was akin to the Old Soviet Union.

Putin, Chavez and Amendinijad are proud of their student.
