Why even build moynihan station? It will be just like the current incarnation of penn station - tons and tons of retail, pizza, and dunkin donuts shops. It will be almost completely retail with little to no more space than the current little ditch in the ground we call Penn Station today. Maybe we can still salvage the brains of some 110 year old New Yorker so he can tell us how to properly build our city back.
