Please;-Look into very deeply in this case and help khalid awan according to the law and justice.

Khalid awan's case, actually basically this is a bogus ,false ,conspiracious story against khalid awan created by FBI ,indirectly collaboration with RCMP (who made illegal phone calls to khalid awan's innocents sisters in Montréal to defame or create harassment ,threaten khalid awan indirectly during this threaten period ,FBI crushed his rights as a human being or as a prisoner ?They put him in Torture cell(a very small cabin)where FBI agents threatened him with lethal injection Actually FBI officers made ,create personal enmity and grudge this is a dangerous Question? Fbi illegal used RCMP in this case (innocently)illegal .If you look into very deeply in this story, case witch is specially modified by FBI dishonest ,corrupt officers,investigaters to gain special benefits, interests.

FBI gave benefits to witnesses against Mr Awan.They created a Sikh informer (jail fellow of Mr Awan ),They created bogus verbally purchased evidences (FBI gave many benefits to witnesses and modified informer)against khalid awan.In case There are just verbally modified,false,bogus ,purchased evidences and witnesses (friends or partners of Mr Awan.),Since 9/11,Kalid Awan proved complete innocent from all sides ,when FBI observe that we(fbi) picked him illegally detention so they want to cover himself from illegal act to make khalid awan a terrorist , just they want to cover their illegal act, so FBI experts made a false modified story to cover up their illegal acts or deeds. Actually Khalid awan has a very clear,good,honest,obvious prominent career in his past in everywhere. He and His all family in Pakistan, Canada and anywhere in this world are well,good,honest. Even Khalid Awan don't know A,B,C,D....XYZ about illegal deeds. The FBI made with him a great conspiracy ,racism due to his religion as a Muslim .FBI wasted time in this case because Khalid Awan is a innocent and to give innocents 14 years punishment with created,modified,bogus informer and witnesses not a big task , This case is a great and unique example failure of FBI(Agencies).

The original terrorist groups are wondering and destroying this world openly ,Fbi should go there, not go to innocent humanbeings.Please ;-Look into these points

1;-The new charges, as well as the previous ones, were commercial in nature.

2;-It was stupid to plead guilty on advice of the attorney .Basically ,you had ineffective assistance of counsel and your pleas ?as made under ?threat, duress and coercion? with proper counsel via fraud by the attorney and fraud by the court.

3;-You had 14 months to go ,applied for treaty transfer ,learned of error on citizenship as per Canada.

4;-The FBI committed the crime of ?obstruction of justice? in not returning your ID.,passports etc so that you could effectively be returned to Canada.

5;-FBOP ignored citizenship correction request by Canadian Consulate Office thereby causing injury.

6;-Upon arriving at MDC,and after the phones calls by RCMP,etc.,You were interrogated by AUSA and FBI without an attorney ??. in violation of Due process of Law.

The comment made by AUSA in respect to your family being arrested if you refused to answer is fraud and every thing you may have stated in that interrogation was done under threat, duress and coercion.

8;-The continued harassment ,intimidation and otherwise was done to get you to talk ,even though you wanted them to not harass your family.

9;-After March 15,2006, being arrested for the 3rd time, before being deported to Canada, being charged with ?material support to a foreign terrorist? and money laundering may have been done to as a custom and policy to deprive your of Rights and otherwise.

10;- The indictment could be illegal ,null and void. Of the three new charges, what do you believe is the material substance of the charges?. Are you able to do up an affidavit of the facts of the case/charges and the charges???.

11;-Attorneys and AUSA?s lie, as per the plea agreement and the money laundering issue!

12;-Yes ,I would agree that you have been singled out discriminated against , but situation like this ,but with Americans , happen everyday here in America!

13;-You may not understand American law, but never trust an Attorney!

This case needs very deeply study, attention from all sides then you can get actual position and original facts. But now FBI collaboration with RCMP destroyed Khalid awan's innocent life, This is a great Question for FBI and Canadian RCMP?

Mr Awan's lawyer, Khurrum Wahid, said his client was "guilty by association" because he had invited Mr Panjwar to his both sister's wedding on a visit to Lahore and they have very deep close ties with the both families in Lahore.

"They didn't have a criminal relationship, they had a completely personal relationship," Mr Wahid said, adding that Mr Awan transferred the money from a US bank account to a Pakistani account that were both in his name and this money belongs to khalid awan.

Mr Wahid said once Mr Singh learned in jail that Mr Awan was a friend of Mr Panjwar that he went to federal authorities and became a confidential informant, seeking to reduce his jail time for a credit card scam.

"He agreed to follow the government's direction in creating evidence against Mr Awan," Mr Wahid said.

"He asked Mr Awan to call Mr Panjwar to try to get him to admit that he's the head of the Khalistan Commando Force and to get Mr Awan to admit that he gave him money for violence against India."

He is facing a bogus case ,there is no any recording, no any witness, no any documentary prof,no any aiding proof, he has no any crime and crime behaviour in his life with any body even in whole the world include india,pakistan,canada,usa . he loves all kind human even hindus,muslim,sikh,cristien,jues,every body .he has nothing any crime in his whole life because he hate, and dislike these bad deeds. He loves all Americans ,Canadians and even every body, we know he has become a target because of race and religion. We believe in God and all human rights departments to help us in this matter.Khalid awan is agood-natured,God-fearing man, good behavoured man . His whole life is remember able with friends and with every body. He did not give any hurt ,any bad words to any body in the world. he thinks every time positive . We need justice ,not injustice,
