really excited, and am in hopes that other in their 20's and up will move in this area, it is really a beautiful area, and yes, it is changing, but I am patient, and know of a good think when I see it.

Being a pioneer is fun, and even more fun if you can live that close to the subway entrance.

AND if the ice caps melt, we will be sitting "on top of the hill" no pun intended!

* hoping a Whole Foods moves in in the next couple of years!

It could happen, look at the Bowery! In the last 10 years, it has blossomed.

:) if we all want a positive change in our lives, we can make if happen.
