Church Sues for Right To Run Charter
in response to reader comment: Religious Schools Should Obtain The Same $8500 per pupil as Secular Charter Schools

It is sad that in the year 2007; soon to be 2008. That, intelligent minds can not come together and after careful review. Without haste reverse particular ARCHAIC laws that not only affects the moral fabric of our society. But, moreso inhibits the mental and intellilectual growth of one of America's pride possessions. "Our Children"!

If we look at most of our religious educational systems. The majority fare very well. Not only the Cathoilic schools. But, also the Protestant schools, the Baptist Schools, the Mormon Schools, the Islamic schools and the Seventh Day Adventist schools.

The majority of these organizations perform very well. They graduate excellent intelligent young men and woman who have a great understanding of critical thinking. The relationship between the organization and the child's home is greater than in most public schools. The relationship between the teacher, child and parents are exceptional higher.

if we focus on what is the best for our children. Here we have a law that for a particular time or period was at best sufficient. Now it is time for us to look at our American society and the future perils that we face if we do not immediate change the educational structure of many of our institutions of learning. Our american society as we know it will be lost. We will no onger be at the fore front as we were for many years. We ourselves will become a lesser nation.

Please let us reason together so that our children's future do not rest on such Archaic laws that will affect the development of our prized possessions. "Our Children". A religious educational institution that is centered on the three "R's" in the fast every changing society that we live in now. Should be excepted immediately. Or we shall suffer greately later.
