The United States Government, various agencies of same and just common sense need to find their collective alliance back in the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). This now proven bottom seller and professional asset manager can effectively clean out the waves upon waves of housing inventory that need new ownership. By moving quickly here the RTC will force a repricing upon the market that is clearly needed and healthy for the economy at large.
