Online Tutors Based in India Claimed To Be From Texas
in response to reader comment: Nothing Wrong

What made the NYC education department to introspect about the tutors after a long time? As of now, they would have got sufficient feedback about the company's quality from the parents and the students who take up this service. Department of education cannot judge a company by magnifying the typo made by the trainer. When the kids are happy with the service provided by the company, why stopping them? I hope they revive the ban.
