When city pounds and shelters place these pit bulls, and they attack, the taxpayer is going to get sued.

And when the city doesn't properly deal with dangerous dogs, and they hurt others, the city will get sued.

There are far too many aggressive dogs getting placed from shelters and pounds, and the city is also not doing enough to crack down on dangerous dog ownership and breeding.

Maybe the lawsuits will get things to change
