Ahmadinejad Writes Letter to the American People
in response to reader comment: Mr. Ahmadinejad's Letter

In building the bomb he is making the statement that "America cannot dictate what Iran does - they have no god given right to order countries around. Telling Iran to stop using its oil as part of its weapon arsanal would be like telling Wilson not to drop the atom bomb or Bush not to use ballistic missles. You have it...you have to use it. Picture someone walking into your house, your domain, putting a gun to your ear and saying "i don't like your religion, i don't like the way you look and i don't like you. i have moral authority and the backing of these five people - do what i demand or else." i don't recall that happening on american soil...but it seems we do plenty of it abroad. look now at our refusal to negotiate. we're strong armers...no good at negotiation...we want what we want and aside from our allies. all "others" be damned you focused only on the propaganda...the nukes...but its not about nukes.

Iran has no business in Iraq. Why waste their resources? It's not their war. I don't think its a good cause to back. i wouldn't go there myself. people...don't be scarred of religious extremist (they are your neighbors). Look around. Though the church may be almost dead, our very form of government, our laws, our beliefs, our morals, our suspicion of other cultures...everything flows down from our Protestant roots. everyone that comments blindly and ignores the content of the letter and the real implications is a WASP - not to say a wealthy east coast WASP. open your minds people. i think we can make it through this century alive. i don't feel

three's barely worth commenting on, but i'm wasting time now anyway so...first your immature and racist by mispelling his name so i doubt you wanted to be taken seriously anyway. second, you didn't read the letter gauranteed - my proof, not one reference to it and the fact you ignored it all and asked some bonehead Limbaugh like question. So you learned a partial mis-quoted quote without understanding the context or the extent of the situation. Congratulation sir, you wasted exactly five minutes of my life. Maybe you can buy me a PBR sometimes. I drink whisky.

america cannot hide the fact that it wants to wipe out the iraq regime...that we wish to wipe out the cuban regime...etc. So the first point seems moot in light of the fact that America has historically done a lot more to wipe out entire cultures than Iran has with their meger wealth (in comparison to America's 25% of the WORLDS!!! wealth). we are also the holder of teh largest nuke arsinal as well as teh only current society to ever unleash the destruction inherent in the release of a nuklear bomb. You ask what would Iran do if we were trying to overthrow him? Well, I think we see that playing out right now don't we? America has made it clear they want "Ahmayabadabadoo" out office. How? Refusing to even negotiate with him. America sees him as inferior and won't treat him with the dignity of a human being.
