Finally someone who was willing to talk objectively about sports stadiums. Football is becoming a major rip off. Losing teams, high priced tickets and parking which are going higher, and greedy owners who want others to pay for a major part of their operating expense...

I love football but the NFL is beginning to bore me. Have given up my season tickets, barely watch games on tv any more. Quality of play is not that enjoyable and for me they are going the way of the NBA, I'll watch the play offs even if my team is out ( 49ers have been out since the York's have been in.)

my bet is yes, simply because of basic economics, local govt.'s can't afford pubicly financed NFL stadiums without taxing tourists... [MORE]
