I've not heard this perspective before, James, and appreciate the time you took in explaining it. I'm an attorney and admit I didn't read the volumes of documents I signed for my closing. No ARM and am fine, but if I don't (and likely still wouldn't have understood them, not being in real estate practice...) who does get them? And I'm willing to admit I had trusted the process, given all the documents I signed. Great comment. And thanks as well for stopping those other closings. Appreciate your honesty.
