I can't believe Amanda Uhry uses the word "substandard" in reference to a child. Not to mention bleaching a gene pool. Whoa, that makes me uncomfortable. When a schools consultant says those things to a reporter, it's time to get out of the game. But then again, if she didn't insult children and inflict fear into the hearts of parents, she would be out of a job, no?
