Christians have a right to display a creche during the Christmas season on public property. If any other religion wishes to do the same, they have the same right. Whether or not the Court decides it's inappropriate or not is not their duty. The Constitution permits it. Besides the Constitution only refers to Congress not establishing a religion. States and communities are permitted to do so. According to the documentary Congress used to hold church services in Congress. I welcome all Americans to worship as publicly as they like whenever but this is the Christmas season which is supposed to celebrate the birth of Christ.
