In Soho we have had lots of Penthouse issues and they are always being built illegally from a safety point of view . The Fire Department and DOB has turned a blind eye. Egress is a joke...Also the amount of grief these Penthouse's have put neighbors in during construction should be illegal. If the building is occupied during construction.... its pure Hell
