Your analysis of Losman is exactly right--great potential, but he hasn't been turned loose in a more open offense. However, snyone who's seen him play in person--as I have--can't help thinking that if this kid starts hitting the long ball regularly, watch out! He happens to have a great young receiver in Lee Evans and the two could cause nightmares for defenses if the Bills can keep McGahee healthy and rebuild their patchwork offensive line. Losman is the best, most mobile athlete of the four QB's drafted that year, but he definitely is behind when it comes to making reads. He's exciting to watch though--great feet, great arm. Great article!
