Is it only me? Because, more and more these days, it seems like it's only me. Should a news outlet, ANY news outlet, that's sponsoring, as well as moderating, a political debate be handing out endorsements after the debate is through? Is it possible that they could have already decided whom they would endorse, even before the debate? Is it possible that such knowledge could sway the tone or severity of the questions they intended to ask? How about which questions would be buried? Or who gets the embarrasing or contraversial ones and who gets the "boxers or briefs"? Even the alottment of time becomes an issue in such a forum. Much like the "time of posession" in a football game. Nahhhhhh. They wouldn't do that. Would they? Noooooo. These are professional journalists. They're objective. They don't have any dog in the hunt? Do they? Hey. Like I said, maybe it's just me.
