Out of his mind! My neighbor lost their house, refinanced 4-5 times, wound up with 5 yr ARM, then it hit them this year also They bought a new car with part of the money..noway should they have been given a loan..based on ability to pay!! Now we should give them $$ to boot!! Our welfare has to stop..and the crooks at banks have to be stopped also..We give food ,rent,Xmas toys,Meals etc. WHAT ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THEIR OWN KIDS..kids learn by exaample..This goes on and on..No one gave me or my parents anything..We did something strange We worked for what we have !!.
