is this lawsuit being undertaken by Grant & Eisenhofer on a contingency basis or will they be getting paid for hours billed. What do the NYCERS expect to gain when the pps of 1 billion shares is put under pressure.And how much did Apple and it's three wildly successful apple stores contribute to the economic health of the city in which they are employed..talk about biting the hand that feeds you
