A Once-Troubled Housing Complex Seeks Change
in response to reader comment: Flatbush Gardens is still a dump.....

Submitted by Allen Gregory, Dec 17, 2007 15:06

This establishment has come a very long way. I moved in last month and I'm pleasantly surprised by the people. I met a grandmother getting started in real estate. I met some people my age looking to improve upon the past (I'm not a felon but I know a few as most people like myself do). I've had some challenges with parking and a window in my apartment but other than that everything is as good as can be. Maybe being in my late 20s helps me to appreciate this more than someone a little more mature.
