Captive Audience: MDs Fighting Back on Malpractice

MD's fighting back _ Against whom?? surely not against the TORT lawyers, those stalwart supporters of ELIOT Spitzer and his party. Has Eliot made a promise for tort reform? Something sorely needed. NOooo, he not, he has decided attacking those 'rascally republicans ' on the right and sorta capitalist leaning. They continue to be the cash cows needed to fuel the attack on America. Medical costs can be contained . How, you ask. 1/ Tort reform to reduce the parasites to about 10% of their current number. 2/ Double the number of General Practice Physicians (you do know about competition?). 3/ Educate the American public that it is called a 'practice' because it is not a 'perfect' and mistakes are made. Mistakes should not be making lawyers and crooked doctors rich at the 'expense' of denying 40% of americans affordable healthcare.
