Everything was going so well until your 2nd sentence. Please define "imposition" vs. "sharing". If you claim to know the intent of Christ as you surmise in your final sentence, than everything in between is false. Christ's purpose was to share to good news of the Gospel with others, regardless of their beliefs. This purpose was so that they might believe in Him as the Son of God and receive eternal salvation. While I do not espouse evangelical preaching, Lincoln failed in that he did not share his beliefs with the man but rather rebuked him. Christ made it His business so much that He died on the cross at the hands of unbelievers for our sins. If you cannot see the increasingly alarming decline in today's hedonistic society and behaviour coinciding with a receding fear of God's retribution, I am sorry for you. Perhaps you support VISA's idealogy where an individual with paper money, imprinted with the words "In God We Trust", brings VISA's debit-based economics to a screaching halt. How 'bout I pray for you? God Bless!
