Has there been any reckoning about all the previous millions of dollars donated to the Palestinian

leadership ?.We are told that Mrs Suha Arafat lives in luxury in Paris with millions of dollars a year

of income and untold millions in her bank account - wouldn't it be prudent to find out before pouring

good money into the situation so that this money too will not disappear into private pockets?Maybe a

Marshal plan with tight control of the money by donor countries is called for.
