To all the landlords that read this, there is an easy way to get rid of tenants that are always looking for the easy way out, raise your rents, and screen, screen, screen. If the tenant has ever been to landlord tenant court or their credit sucks, DONT LET THEM IN YOUR RENTAL. New York needs to be more like Florida, Texas, and Georgia. If the rent isn't paid you are out in 30 DAYS. AND GOOD RIDDENCE.
