I can see polling Palestinians on, say, whether they like Fatah or Hamas better, or which politicans they prefer. But on this sort of issue, their opinions don't mean squat. They are force-fed certain views by Fatah and Hamas in their media and education systems, so there should be no surprise when they regurgitate them for pollsters.
