executions is as old as prostitution. living in bondage either way exception execution ends life. the biggest problem I have with this law of Right to execute another human being for crimes committed against the social order of civilize society is that the law of execution itself has been a wick weapon to eliminate one's political enemy. such be the recent case with sadam. So it is.. justice in this sense only procures hate towards the west. but this is just one example. when the third reich gain power in germany was it not clear that the laws of execution were in act the laws of the state so there for genocide is correct. indeed this is the essence of ideas in relation to execution that a brutal government will exercise when in power. many law abiding citizens can stand on the idea of a horrid crime being commit that the murder will be executed. If evidence is full in proof and beyond a doubt. yet on the other hand how does any governing body justify execution of a political opponent, when in fact that very body of government can be the opponent themselves. such be the case of the third reich. not to mention many other living governments today. A international agreement could be more than just a proposal or a imagine that the UN is fill with good guys.
