Dramatic Overhaul Is Urged Of Nation's Education System

If we own the rights to the review books and regents, then have a drawing every three months and give the tests over the internet. When a student is ready, they go to the local town hall and sit for the drawn test for that day, watched over while they take the regents test for the subject they feel they are prepared to hit out of the nys ball park of education. We will need to change some of the science questions, but big deal. The mess we are in is an intended mess. How else will the politicians have an anst to whine about or the teachers to get better pay or new companies to make money on new tests. I don't want to hear that the questions wouldn't be what they studied. If we were ranked for yrs as a fine state in education, then use what we used yrs ago. If you don't think it will fly, just watch how many teach their kids from home in three yrs. I fine student has never relied on seat time to become educated. dugh.
