Experienced analyses by many economists have cited as one of the major root causes of the catastrophic Great Depression the increase in Protectionism.

Herbert Hoover i remainsa favorite target of of millions, who blame Hoover for American "breadlines" of the early 20th century.. Yet, Hoover, himelf was a highly efficiant and compassionate internationally-aware administrator. World events simply overwhelmed any counteractionss he undertook.

I hope the Sun keeps on with its pressure against protectionism and for free trade.
