Anyone concerned about freedom of speech, especially related to investigative journalism, should be worried. Such a decision can only make 'libel tourism' stronger - with the consequence of silencing many voices and important stories about terrorism, organized crime, corruption and the like. What writer can afford to go to court against a billionnaire?
Britain should wake up and perhaps American judges could open their horizons beyond technicalities. The current lack of vision from law makers and judges is frightening.
