I just read an article today about how many City Council members are taking funding from the real estate industry. If the politicians who are supposed to speak for the communities are speaking for big business, then what can the little guy do to fight for his home, for what he's worked so hard for? It seems like even the ULURP process no longer listens to the communities. It's real estate and making money 24 hours a day.
Any advice anyone?
