Israel is the most moderate state in existence. It has very few friends in the countries which surround it.
Kofi Annan has forgotten that Israel was found on the principle of restoring human dignity to a people that had been deprived of it throughout history. The Holocaust has been the culmination of all the indignities to which the Jewish people have been submitted. Yet Jewish people have never tried to impose their religion onto others and they have never killed people who did not want to become Jews. Whereas apart from Buddhists all other religions have persecuted and killed people for not wanting to convert to their own religion. Live and let live Kofi Annan. Learn this basic principle of being humane.
