How is that the Spitzer regime, led by the "genius" himself, is so totally clueless about NY.

When malpractice insurers asked for increased premiums when Cuomo was governor, he said that perhaps the companies were really in need, so why not let the state look at the books of the insurers to see if it were true. Lo and behold, the companies retreated to their sewers. This sort of logic is missing from the prosecutorial administration we now have - as in "If you don't like it, just pay penalty"

Instead, the resident geniuses, Spitzer and Ins Comm Dinallo think it better to have doctors prop up the inefficient insurers, raise medical rates, drive doctors from practice of from the state itself, leading to the inevitable dearth of doctors and diminution of quality care.

We need a recall law before we fall any further.

P.S. I am not a doctor, just a concerned citizen who occasionally needs one.
