No one is addressing the root cause of the malpractice coverage crisis – the frivolous lawsuit / medical jackpot mentality. There are many players in this game, including lawyers and media outlets that get rich off of sensationalizing medical-legal lawsuits, while doctors continue to bear the burden by paying already outrageous insurance premiums.
