With the cost of malpractice insurance how dare anyone want to impose another fee on MD's. For the fee's that the insurance companies pay an OB for nine months of care high risk or not no matter how many times they have to see an OB in the ER (Global Fees my foot more like a CEO bonus) or their office they are not compensated. When a Dr. does surgery if the ins. co's keep going with their payments the Dr's may as well just do it for free.

Yet someone with no insurance or medicaid will get the same care and more which the government pays for NOT that these people aren't entitled to GOOD medical care but HOW CAN THE GOVERNMENT ALLOW GOOD DOCTORS be treated so poorly.

It's time the CEO's get a pay cute and ALSO GET PAID ON A GLOBAL FEE.
