The New York Knicks used to be a highly respected team. I can not believe what Isiah Thomas has lowered this team to. Isiah should have been punished by Stern as well. It was clear many watching the media takes would have associated Isiah with having a strong hand of influence on the on-court circus, but giving Thomas a free pass I believe sends the wrong message and will alienate some fans. Stern wasn't stern enough--Isiah is walking on egg shells right now and James Dolan said as much. I give Isiah no more than a few weeks after mid-season before Dolan gives him his walking papers.
