You talk about the "Gold Value of Apartments Sink", well I think it is time that you should remember that New York City (especially Manhattan) was not build for just the rich or what to be rich. You talk about apartments selling for over a million dollars and how renting an apartment cost over $ 2,000 per month.

Well I ask you now what about the people like my self you don't make the six figure incomes and can only afford rents under $ 1,000 per month (considering that we only make $ 20,000 a year after taxes). What are we to do?

I personally have a double problem, I don't make enough to buy an apartment and renting is becoming out of my range as well, however working for the City of New York I MUST LIVE WITH NEW YORK CITY or lose my job. I want you to tell me what I am to do. Do agencies like the Corcoran Group, Brown and Harris or even the Federal Reserve consider the working class? Personally, I think these agencies want only the rich in the City, the rest of us don't count.

So I ask again "Help you tell me what am I to do?"
