Being in the medical field I don't know if Hillary knows that all health departments in american has adopted patience bill of right. so to say that there is no patient bill of right is completely wrong. When a patient goes to any health department either hospital, nursing home, assisted leaving, independent leaving and some other health department for care the first thing they read to them is their bill of right be for accepted in the nursing home or hospital. If the patient is not competent enough to understand their bill of right they will ask who the surrogate is or if the patient has a will to know who the next of kin is to explain to them what the patient bill of right during their stay in the hospital or any health care. This for should be sign by the patient or responsible party. I don't know if she knows that their is a bill of right that is already in practice in the health care industry. Here is where to question her experience. Even when you visit doctor's office you will be given the information about your right. I can't explain all what it is compose of, because it will take me a whole morning to write about it and I will never finish never finish writing what the patient bill of right is about. I can only give a few examples. Pt has the right of privacy to their medical record, the right to refuse care, the right to accept treatment, the right to who they want the health care facility or hospital to share their medical record with. No medical staff is to go beyond what the right of the patient. When I heard her say that the bill of right is stock in congress I ask myself didn't her husband sign one before his surgery?. I said to myself what is she talking about?. Patient Bill of right is very important to the medical department. According to patient bill of right if the daughter, husband, wife or children comes to know the condition of their love one, if the patient does not want his or her medical information to be shared with any any of them the facility of health department will not give the information to anyone. That are some of the information of patient bill of right. So to have 35 years of experience is much more limited if you don't know if a patient bill was pass in congress or not. I'm sure she said that to score a political point. Or maybe she does not know about it which I doubt a lot.
