Not sure what you read, Robert L. but it sure isn't the same thing thing that I've just read. Your comment , Sir, about "assuming" is unwarranted and particularly nasty. As far as I can see, all the poor fellow has done is highlight that war concerns real people, especially Mothers'.
Ms Colon writes an article that highlights the silliness of the left (and I must say is flippant about the services being provided for our returning men and women - let us, also, think about the state of the V.A.). Tony highlights the silliness of the right.
Quid pro quo, I would say. That is, both sides are as bad as each other.
There we go, Ms Colon, why not write about the lack of funding in the VA? How the VA is not really taking care of the veteran, due to the lack of leadership in the VA? Why their funding is so inadequate and why so many people feel let down by them?
Left or right, we should all pray for a safe, successful and speedy return of all our military men and women.
