Tort Lawsuits Soar Over Subprime Lending

Submitted by Gerald Gallagher, Jan 7, 2008 17:07

I have had serious questions about the sub prime lending, credit bureaus. and entire credit rating systems as they have existed for the past several years. I believe that they are questionable constitutionally and I do not see any work being done in that respect.

I am a small town lawyer in single practice and so I cannot take on the giants. Right now I am involved with a disable man who was injured by an elevator door and just now I am hitting my head agains a wall. Some jusirdictins do not seem to recognize the Americah With Disabilitie Act. That can keep me busy. (withhout pay)

Do you have anyone at Stanford who will be willing to talk the matter over with me, perhaps get a team together and see if we can do somethng about the sub prime stuff.

Incidentally, I understand that at UCLA there are studies being done on the human brain. They find that money sitmulus activates an evolutiinary remnant, the lizard part of the brain.

I guess I can believe it.
