I am not nor ever have been a Union member, Peterk, however, I am a stockholder. And I CANNOT find ANY info on payroll and/or expenditures, etc, for the companies in which I hold stock. The annual reports sent to stockholders do NOT contain such info. Nonetheless, I can readily go to the Dept. of Labor website and retrieve detailed financial info on any Union of my choice -- regardless of membership. I would imagine this is why, as you wrote, "unions fought so hard against the rules put forth by OLMS."

As you seem to be some sort of anti-union, corporate supporter, I would like to pose your questions back to you. What are companies hiding from their stockholders? Why do companies want to "outlaw" a majority vote for board of director elections? (In case you don't know what that means, a company elects its own board of directors regardless of the shareholders desires. They are fighting tooth and nail to keep shareholders from having any input into who is elected to the board.)

I know all about the neighbor's Union's expeditures, so pray tell, Peterk, where can I find the same info about a company? Any company?
