The primary concern is about the reduced liquidity in the marketplace. While the development of a parallel market can be welcome for some segments of investors, are we in a situation where we can afford to create markets for different investor classes? Also, these markets can cause major grief to institutions in a depressed/ing market condition, prompting even default, as there are no means and measures devised to regulate and streamline flows.
