I am a member of the Citywide Council on Specail Educaiton. We are one of the 34 CECs created when the State ceded control of the NYC Board of Edcuation tothe Mayor. We are the only body of parents and community members who represent the interests of studetns with disabilties served in the NYC schhol system.
