i claim this not the proper Cassoulet on this picture ad there is no bread crums on the cassoulet consider this as fault . if you realy want to try a cssoulet come to the cercle rouge middle of the week and ask for the chef Pierre Landet i will make a cassoulet that you never forget with no lamb, only pork and duck confit, tarbais beans the only one you have to put in this dish. best regards Pierre Landet excutive chef @ Cercle Rouge 212 226 6252
