Cuomo Stands Alone on 2nd Amendment

15 years ago there were only 12 states that had concealed carry laws on the books, now there are a total of 40 states. The 10 states that do not, ie: New York, New Jersey, Mass., Hawaii, California, and the others are not representing what main stream America is about. It is clear that these States are in the minority and it is basically a square peg in round hole syndrome.

John Ashcroft the former US Attorney gave an opinion and defined the 2nd Ammendment as such that it is an individual right. "Why would every other Ammendment that our Framers listed be an individual right and not consider the 2nd Ammendment as all the others" Mr. Ashcroft stated in his opinion letter.

If someone wanted to take all of the other ammendments to task, each and every one ammendment a state can demand a license for. Why not have a license to purchase a newspaper? Why not demand a license to write fo a newspaper? The pen is certainly mightier than the sword.!!
